CSLA Customer Support Center
The CSLA Operations Support Section, as CSLA’s face-to-the-Warfighter, operates the Army’s EKMS Technical Help Desk, the CSLA Operations Support Team, the Emergency Operations Center and manages the CSLA INFOSEC Representative (CIR) Program. The mission includes providing assistance with Information Security, EKMS programs and application, COMSEC key management and accountability, logistics (supply and maintenance), continuity of operations issues and provides Site Assistance Visits to COMSEC custodians.
The CSLA Operations Support Section is also responsible for assisting customers with all COMSEC related inquiries other than EKMS technical questions, as well as tracking all Customer Support action items and suspenses.
